Typical Loan Term
1. Minimum Amount: USD/EUR 15 million
2. Terms: 3 – 15 years (Dependent on Project)
3. Interest Rate: 2 – 5% (Dependent on Project)
4. Moratorium: 12 – 36 months (Dependent on Project)
5. Success Fee: 3 – 5% dependent on project and No application fee or Upfront fee
6. Collateral: Bond, BG, SBLC and SG
7. Completion Period: Within 60 90 days (Dependent on responsive of project owner to fact
finding/due diligence queries)
